Fixed-price scope

We turn the diagnostic into a signed Statement of Work: every deliverable named, every acceptance criterion defined, a fixed price, and a milestone schedule. Changes later are quoted in writing at a small premium — so scope never drifts and cost never surprises you.

You leave with: a signed SOW — deliverables, timeline, acceptance, price.

Milestone 1 — build

We build the core of your system — message, conversion-first pages, and the demand engine — presented for your review and sign-off at the documented midpoint. Billing follows the work: 40% to start, 40% here, so you never pay ahead of what you can see.

You leave with: the built core, demonstrated and signed off.

Connect

Milestone 2 — integrate & launch

The pieces become one engine: automations wired, CRM and tools integrated, tracking and the Connected Scorecard live. We launch, hand over with documentation and a walkthrough, and open your 30–60 day support window. Final 20% is due on delivery.

05Compound

Compound

Managed retainer — optional

A system compounds only when it's run. On the Operate or Scale retainer, we keep it tuned — monthly scorecard reviews, iteration, and (on Scale) active demand generation — so the engine you installed keeps getting sharper instead of gathering dust. Month to month, cancel with notice.
